30-day returns on unused items

You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.

Used or installed items

Items that have been installed, used or filled with water cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Timing depends on your card issuer or payment provider.
