30-day returns on unopened products

You may return unopened, sealed products within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.

Opened products

Because these are medications, we cannot accept returns of opened or used bottles.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

How to start a return

Email support@petremedyusa.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Timing depends on your card issuer or payment provider.
