Fish Flox 500 - 60 Capsules contains ciprofloxacin, a fluoroquinolone antibiotic. Ciprofloxacin is a fluoroquinolone that stops bacteria from copying their DNA. It is valued for strong activity against gram-negative bacteria, which cause many serious aquarium infections.
Spectrum: Broad, with particularly strong gram-negative activity (including Aeromonas and Pseudomonas) and some gram-positive coverage.
