Standard shipping transit time is 5–7 business days after order processing.

The total estimated delivery time is 7–9 business days, depending on destination within the United States.

Shipping is free on all U.S. orders, with no hidden fees or handling charges.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

PetRemedyUSA LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our Refund Policy applies to all returns.

Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
